We repurposed a microfluidic high-throughput nano-immunoassay developed in our lab for the detection of anti-SARS-CoV-2 antibodies. Our nano-immunoassay can detect IgG directed towards SARS-CoV-2 spike protein with 100% specificity and 98% sensitivity in serum samples, with ultra-low sample and reagent consumption.
